Personal Training Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Strive, we value your commitment to your fitness goals and strive to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to both clients and trainers. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy for personal training sessions:

  1. Monthly Session Commitment: Clients are allotted a given number of personal training sessions per month.

  2. Late Cancellations: If a client cancels a session within 4 hours of the scheduled time, the session will be considered redeemed and deducted from the monthly session allotment. This session cannot be rescheduled.

  3. Rescheduling: If a client wishes to reschedule a session within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a $15 rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduling is only possible if the trainer's schedule allows.

  4. Availability for Rescheduling: Rescheduling will be accommodated based on the trainer’s availability. If no suitable time is available, the session will be considered redeemed.
