This is a program for someone who is new to the gym and looking to build a base. By building a "base" I mean establishing a routine in the weight room and learning the basics to an exercise program. If you are looking for consistency in the weight room and have a basic knowledge of exercises but you just aren't sure how to put them together then this program is for you.
