CORE REFORMATION

Prenatal |   Postpartum   |   Community

We are adding a new class time that is for anyone on their motherhood journey: trying to conceive, pregnant, newly postpartum, or a seasoned mom! Our goal is to bring our signature lifting + HIIT group classes while providing modifications for each phase to safely continue or re-introduce exercise.
Most importantly, we are building a community of strong moms to support eachother and get stronger + healthier together!

Tuesday + Thursday   | 9:30am

**Kids are welcome if they can be independently occupied or contained in a bouncer/ baby carrier etc. We unfortunately do not have childcare, so their safety and actions will be the responsibility of the mom!
