During your small group, personal training session the entire gym will be reserved for personal training clients. This means your session will be meticulously crafted to your fitness and athletic goals with no more than 3 other clients present at the same time.

During your first consultation + session, Casey will discuss your personal goals, track your baseline strength + overall wellness, and collaborate with you on what program will best fit your specific needs.

After you come in for a free consultation, Casey will develop a program/schedule specific to you and your goals. There is no set schedule for personal training. We work hard to make a schedule that fits your busy life, while keeping you accountable to make the lifestyle changes you want to see!

Casey's training experience spans from high school, college, and club athletes to weekend warriors and individuals wanting to better their health as they age. There is no starting point, goal, or challenge that we cannot tackle and create change for.
