This barbell and strength training workshop in West Ashley, is designed to help you lift with confidence, improve barbell technique, and understand how to train safely and effectively—whether you're new to the barbell or looking to refine your mechanics. Led by a Physical Therapist, you will be individually guided in proper technique and safe progressions.
