Length: 4 weeks | 45–60 minutes per session

A 4-week, small-group barbell technique series led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is also Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). This workshop focuses on improving barbell mechanics, building confidence under the bar, and learning how to lift safely and efficiently.

 

Session Focus

  • Upper Body Push: Overhead Press, Bench Press

  • Lower Body (2 sessions): Squat, Deadlift

  • Pull Focus: Barbell Row, Landmine Variations

 

What to Expect

  • Targeted warm-ups for each lift

  • Step-by-step technique instruction and form breakdown

  • Real-time coaching and individualized modifications

  • Programming guidance for safe progression

 

Participants may be split by experience level to allow for individualized coaching at each rack.

Includes all four sessions. Space is limited.
