A 4-week, small-group barbell technique series led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is also Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). This workshop focuses on improving barbell mechanics, building confidence under the bar, and learning how to lift safely and efficiently.
Session Focus
Upper Body Push: Overhead Press, Bench Press
Lower Body (2 sessions): Squat, Deadlift
Pull Focus: Barbell Row, Landmine Variations
What to Expect
Targeted warm-ups for each lift
Step-by-step technique instruction and form breakdown
Real-time coaching and individualized modifications
Programming guidance for safe progression
Participants may be split by experience level to allow for individualized coaching at each rack.
Includes all four sessions. Space is limited.
