Comradery, loud music, and sweat are what you should expect in your Strive class!

Our group classes emphasize our core values: stability, strength, and stamina through free weights, high intensity training, and strategic use of cardio equipment.

Don't let this intimidate you, we offer modifications and progressions for all levels!

All of our group classes are capped at 15 people to allow one-on-one coaching. 

We hold you to NO commitments!! We want you to WANT to be here and watch yourself grow!

A constant changing class to increase your heartrate while activating all muscle groups of the core
