This is a 10-week 10k program designed to help you complete any 10K! I designed this in hopes it would help people who are interested in running the Cooper River Bridge Run. This program is targeted towards beginner runners, if you have some experience I would skip to week 5 or 6. Stick to the program and I promise you will complete the bridge run! Happy Running!
